Shipping Policy

We strive to offer cheapest and fastest delivery through our trusted carriers but for simplicity, our delivery charges are based on order value. The full range of delivery options and costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart at checkout before you proceed with payment.

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of the items and the time of day you place your order.

SHIPPING COST:
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. We use the destination and order weight to determine the Shipping Cost. 

CLICK AND COLLECT:
We are pleased to offer Click and Collect from our store in Knoxfield, VIC. All orders received on a business day by 12PM will be ready for pick up the same day. We will notify you when the order is ready for pick up.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. We do our best to get your order processed and shipped out to you ASAP. Processing the order means picking & packing the items you have ordered and booking the pickup with our Delivery Partners/Carriers. Typically, all orders booked by our warehouse team by 2pm are picked up the same day.

Orders are processed daily Mon-Fri, except public holidays.

  • We process all orders received by 12pm (Melbourne Time) the same day.
  • We strive to process orders received between 12pm-3pm the same day but it may be pushed to the next business day.

Note: We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Any shipping address that does not exist on Google Maps may be delayed for dispatch.

Our orders may be marked as "Authority to Leave" (ATL) delivery which means our delivery partners can leave the delivery at the drop-off address if the recipient isn't present.

CARRIER:
All deliveries are shipped using shippit, Australia Post or other Courier Service with tracking provided to ensure visibility of goods in transit.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION:

We'll send a shipment notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. This email includes your unique tracking number which you can enter on the carrier’s website to track it’s progress.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors. Any order that is Returned To Sender due to incorrect shipping address provided will be charged shipping cost again to have the order resent.

Please note that during the busy holiday periods, there are possible delays in shipping orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this point in time, due to restrictions placed by Australian Government, we are unable to ship our products overseas.
