Are Hygiene Products covered by a warranty?
We strive to provide only high value premium quality products to our customers. Hence, faulty goods can be returned for full credit or exchange.
If you have any questions related to the warranty of any product purchased online from hygieneproducts.com.au, you can send us an email at support@hygieneproducts.com.au  and our customer service representatives will resolve your queries.
However, due to the nature of some products, we do not accept returns.
What is your pricing policy?
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian currency. Prices are inclusive of GST and exclude shipping. Due to manufacturer and distributor pricing policies, our prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

ORDERING:

What are the payment options?
We offer multiple payment options. Payments can be made through PayPal or via Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). We also accept ShopPay, ApplePay and GPay.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order requirement at HygieneProducts.com.au.
How can I place an order?
We do our best to make the shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible for our customers. There are ways to place your order, we provide the option to place an order over telephone. Simply call us on 133 446 275 and our friendly team members will take your order. You can also place the order directly to our website hygieneproducts.com.au (select the product and follow the steps accordingly), or you may contact us at support@hygieneproducts.com.au and one of our team members will help you place your order.
To protect our customers from any potential fraud, we do not accept any payments via email. Once our staff has entered your order, we will send you an invoice by email for you to make payment. We offer multiple payment options.

DELIVERY:

How fast will I get my Hygiene products?
We do our best to deliver the products as soon as possible. Shipping charges are based on the method of shipment, weight, and destination, however, if you wish to speed up the process just let us know. Contact us at support@hygieneproducts.com.au and tell us your desired date of delivery.
Please note additional administration and shipping charges may apply for express delivery and requests must be submitted before the order is sent to the warehouse for fulfillment.
How much will it cost to deliver multiple items?
We are delighted to offer exciting discounts on wholesale purchase. Send us an email at support@hygieneproducts.com.au along with the details of the products you want to order and we will get back to you immediately with a quote.
How about ETA, what is the timeframe?
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. We do our best to get your order processed and shipped out to you ASAP.  Orders are processed daily Mon-Fri, except public holidays.
We strive to dispatch all orders received by 12pm (Melbourne Time) the same day.
Any orders received after 12pm are dispatched next business day. 
Any shipping address that doesn't exist on Google Maps may be delayed for dispatch.

Note: Dispatch time may increase during peak time like Christmas/Boxing Day, Black Friday Cyber Monday, etc. Delivery to regional towns may take longer than the usual. Deliveries may also be impacted by events like floods, bush fires, etc.
How would I know the status of my order? 
We'll send a shipment notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. This email includes your unique tracking number which you can enter on the carrier's website to track its progress.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors. 
Any order that is Returned To Sender due to incorrect shipping address provided will be charged shipping costs again to have the order resent. 
Please note that during the busy holiday periods, there are possible delays in shipping orders.

How much does the shipping cost? 
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. To keep it simple, we use the order value to determine the Shipping Cost. To have an overview of the shipping rates, kindly visit "Shipping Policy", check SHIPPING RATES. 
How about the carrier, are we the one to choose? 
No. All deliveries are shipped using Sendle, Australia Post, or other Courier Service with tracking provided to ensure the visibility of goods in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
At this point in time, due to restrictions placed by Australian Government, we are unable to ship some of our products overseas to retail customers. We can only send our products overseas in bulk quantity as a Cargo shipment. Please email support@hygieneproducts.com.au if you are from overseas and would like to purchase in bulk from us. 
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We do not deliver to PO Box. We would require a residential or business address where your order can be delivered.
Do you use Authority to Leave delivery (ATL)?
Hygieneproducts uses "Safe Drop" service as delivery preference. This is when our courier finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn't fit in your mailbox or if you're not home to receive it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:

What are your return and exchange policy?
Faulty goods can be returned for full credit or exchange. Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the original order. To know more details, please visit the "Returns Policy page."
What if my delivered items have been damaged?
HygieneProducts.com.au delivers all the products through a selection of trusted carriers and ensures that the products are carefully packed to prevent any damage during transportation. However, if you receive a damaged product kindly get in touch with us immediately. Email us at support@hygieneproducts.com.au and we will try our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
